I wish they were a little more snug in the heel, but 3/4-length foam insoles easily fix the heel slippage. I’ve worn them in -8C weather so far with medium-thick socks and they kept my feet pleasantly warm. I ordered size 41 EU. For reference, I’m usually a women’s US 9.5/UK 7.5 and sometimes a US 10/UK 8 in running shoes.
