Use any Loose Baking Powder as the last step in your routine, after applying all your cream products. First, set and remove unwanted shine by dusting a small amount around the T-zone with a brush. To bake, use a powder puff or sponge to lightly press and evenly distribute the powder under the eyes or on the highlights of the face.
