The Microwave Spanish Omelette is a 100% Platinum Silicone mould for cooking Spanish omelettes in the microwave, frittatas and other recipes in a healthy, fast and simple way in a few minutes with less oil.
Instructions:
1. Add the ingredients to the base of the Spanish Omelette, following the instructions for each of the recipes.
2. Close the Spanish Omelette and place it off-center on the microwave's revolving dish.
3. Cook in the microwave at 800W for 1 minute 30 seconds, or the time indicated in each recipe.
4. Without opening it, turn the Omelette over 180 degrees, using the bottom tab.
5. Microwave again for another minute at 800W, or the time indicated in each recipe.
6. Remove it from the microwave, holding it at the base using a pot holder.
7. When opening, be careful of the hot steam inside.
