Satake bread pan / bread oven in cast iron The cast iron bread pan will last for generations if it is cared for properly. The inside of the lid has elevations that allow the bread to cool and rest on the lid and at the same time be aerated to the perfect crust. The cast iron pan distributes the heat evenly and stably all around, which also gives the bread that really nice crust with even baking. Of course, the pan is oven-safe, but can also be used on all kinds of stoves if desired. The lid can be used as an oblong grill pan, the pan can be used for everything from pâtés, pastries or even a slow-cooked stew. The loaf pan is ready to use after an initial cleaning. After use, the mold should cool before cleaning. Wash out the mold with warm water and a dish brush. Avoid dishwashing liquid. Hand dry the pan immediately after washing.
