The parcel is damaged, what should I do?

We are sorry about this! We hope that the items inside are still intact and without damages.

If an item is damaged or missing, you need to send an email to customerservice_lv@booztlet.com.

Please include the following in the email to us:
- Full picture of the package where the shipping label is visible.
- Picture of the damage on the package.
- Picture of the damaged item, or information about which item is missing.

Once we have received your email, we will contact you as soon as possible with more information and help you further.
