The handle is made of sturdy stainless steel, making it and capable of withstanding daily use and heat. You can easily handle the pan's handle without the need for oven mitts. The pan is designed and created by Mikkel Maarbjerg and Nikolaj Kirk. We believe that with this pan, we have created a pan for the future - PFAS-free, made from 100% recyclable aluminum, and produced in Europe.
