Extended returns Christmas 2025
We offer extended return period until 15/01/2026 for all orders placed between 28/10/2025 - 01/01/2026. The standard return period of 14 days is applied to all orders placed after 01/01/2026.
We offer our customers a 14 day return policy that starts from the day you receive your order. This means that you must register your return within 14 days after you received your product. Read more about your right of withdrawal here!
Please note, a return handling fee of 7,99€ will be deducted from your return refund per return. For returns made from France a return handling fee of 11,99€ will be deducted.
