The new utensils range by staub also includes tongs that are made from highquality black matte silicone. the tongs are heat resistant up to 220°c and suitable or use on nonstick surfaces as well as with all our castiron and ceramic cooking vessels. they can be cleaned in a dishwasher. the tongs are 31cm long, leaving a comfortable distance to the hot food. they are great for such diverse tasks as turning grilled food, serving pasta and tossing salads. the silicone is softer and more flexible than stainless steel or other material often used for kitchen tongs, so your delicate food stays in perfect shape and does not stick to the tongs. the tongs have a hole in the handle so they can be stored on a kitchen rack with hooks.
