The sausage can be boiled before pressing or put raw in the press, which is then boiled in a water bath in a large saucepan.This rolled sausage press is suitable for a rolled sausage made from a half pork belly.The sausage press is simple, hygienic and easy to clean, as well as dishwasher-safe.
