The tall Bain Marie from the DEMEYERE Specialties series measures 10 cm in diameter, making it ideal for small portions. For example, it can be used well as a sauce pot, but also for soups and smaller dishes. The saucepan is 14.5 cm high, making it also ideal for heating milk. It holds a maximum 1.1 l and has a scale for measuring. The pot is equipped with a sandwich base. This has a strong aluminium core that ensures optimal heat distribution. This means that the three-layer capsule base excellently contributes to saving energy. As required, the tall saucepan can be used on all types of cooker, including induction hobs.
