As the name says, it features a groove around the edge to catch any juices from meat, fruit, or other foods, preventing spills on your table.
Made from stunning teak wood, this cutting board is incredibly durable when properly maintained. We strongly advise against placing it in the dishwasher. Instead, wash it by hand, dry it thoroughly, and allow it to air dry completely for the best longevity. If your RAW Teak cutting board with a juice groove develops an odour, sprinkle a tablespoon of coarse salt over the surface and scrub it with half a lemon. Should it lose its shine, simply apply a layer of food-safe oil to restore its natural glow.
