Apply a generous amount of sun cream. An adult should use approx. 40 ml for the whole body, a child approx. 20 ml. It is important to use the recommended amount to achieve the stated sun protection factor.
Apply the sun cream well in advance, ideally 20-30 minutes before going out in the sun, and preferably in two applications.
Reapply often when bathing. The same applies if you spend a long time in the sun.
