The return process takes up to 16-20 days before the refund is initiated.
Day 0: Return is handed in to distributor.
Day 1-7: Return arrives at the distributor's sorting center. Parcel tracking stops here for some distributors.
Day 8-16: Return arrives at our warehouse and is processed.
Day 16-20: Refund is initiated and a return refund receipt is sent via email.
The refund will be in your account within 2-5 banking days, and in rare cases within 10 banking days. This all depends on your bank and chosen payment method.
