Exchanging a size
How do I make a size exchange?
1. Please return the item to us. When we receive your return, a refund will be issued.
2. Place a new order for the correct size. Does the item have a higher price? Please see the next step.
3. Send the new order number to our customer service via chat and we will apply the price adjustment afterwards and refund any standard delivery cost (only valid for the exact same style number and color).
Please note! The price match and refund of any additional delivery fee is valid one time per item.
Can I make a size exchange after the return period has ended?
All items must be returned within the 14 days return period. However, you can finish the order with the new size and request the price adjustment afterwards.
