Product information
The beautiful pastry ruler in oak wood can be used for measuring anything that needs to be adapted to specific and long dimensions, for example, the diameter of the pie dough, the circumference of the marzipan band, the width of the raspberry slices and much more. The ruler is 51 cm long with an easy-to-read centimetre scale along one side and markings to create the rings for a Danish marzipan wreath cake (kransekage) along the other.
