When using on a stove/glass hob, it is therefore important to lift the pan when you need to move it – never push it back and forth on the stove. Suitable for oven and barbecue.Cast iron retains and distributes heat evenly and effectively. It is not suitable for use with acidic foods (such as tomatoes and fruits). Never use cast iron for long-term food storage.This product is not dishwasher-safe. Wash by hand with hot water even before first use. Ensure that the cast iron is fully dry before putting it away.
