I accidentally returned an item that isn’t from Booztlet, what should I do?

If you’ve accidentally returned an item that was not purchased from Boozt, please note that we are not responsible for items that are returned to us by mistake.

If the item is found at our warehouse, you can contact us to arrange for it to be sent back to you. In this case, a shipping fee will be charged, and the item will be returned at your own risk.
