Endeavour® Little Fish fileteringskniv - Filethnífar

This knife is specifically designed for filleting fish and trimming away tendons and fat along the bones of meat or poultry. It is traditionally used for fish filleting. The sharpness and flexible blade of the knife ensure that you can easily glide along the fish bones and cut fine fillets without damaging the delicate meat.
Steel: The knife is made of German MoV stainless steel.
Molybdenum Vanadium steel is known for its high corrosion resistance and strength. These properties enable knives that are incredibly lightweight yet extremely sharp. German MoV stainless steel is both durable and functional, contributing to a stable knife.
Handle: The FSC-certified pakka wood makes a significant difference as it is resistant to heat and distortion. Pakka wood is water-resistant and ensures stable control over the knife. It consists of compressed wood fibers treated with resin. The handle is ergonomically designed, ensuring a comfortable grip.
Recommendations: We recommend hand-washing this knife, as it is made of the finest German MoV steel. Use a ceramic honing rod regularly to maintain sharpness. Proper storage and periodic oiling of the handle are also recommended.
