Which payment methods do you offer?

Credit/debit card:
We accept these credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Dankort, Maestro credit and debit cards.

When will I be charged?
When your order has been placed, your card will be authorised and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
Payment will be taken first when we dispatched your order and send it from our warehouse. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and you will get notified immediately on the screen that the payment was unsuccessful.
Please remember that even if a payment is not authorised, some card issuers may still reserve the money, meaning you will not be able to access that amount of money for a short while.

When placing an order, the full amount is reserved on your account by Booztlet and payment is debited from your card only at the time of dispatch.

How secure is it to use my credit- or debit card online?
• Your connection is always secure with us and encrypted with 256 bit cipher.
• Booztlet.com supports Visa/Master Card 3D Secure protocol.
• For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us to maintain security and prevent fraud. We also take security very seriously, so your details will be safe with us.

*You can only pay with a credit card that is issued in the same country as your shipping address.

Card-payment with 3D Secure: From January 2021 online card payments are being made more secured due to a new EU directive. This means you will asked to authenticate your payment through 3D Secure (also named Verified by VISA or MasterCard Secure depending on your card). This process is owned by your bank and if you experience any issues authicanting your payment, please reach out to your bank who can help you.

Store credit:

The store credit is valid for two years. You will find the value in the email that was sent to you with the store credit code.

- At the checkout, enter the code under “Store credit / Gift card” and click “Apply”.
- Note! Store credit can not be added to the order afterwards.
- If the total amount of the purchase is greater than the value of the store credit, you can use another payment method to cover the difference.
- If the total amount of the purchase is less than the value of the store credit, the remaining value of the store credit is saved and you can use it for another order.
- You can only use one store credit code in the same order. If you have several, you can combine two codes into one code in your My Booztlet account.
- Store credits can not be exchanged for cash.

- If you return goods, you will be refunded with a store credit or partial store credit and partly cash, depending on how you paid for your order.

Note! Report a lost or stolen store credit immediately by calling our Customer Service. You need to provide the store credit code for us to be able to block this and issue a new one as compensation.

Gift card:
Gift cards are available in the sums: 35 EUR, 65 EUR, 100 EUR and are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Your gift card will be sent to your specified email address so that you can easily print it (no physical gift card will be sent home). Buy your gift card here.

Pay with a gift card:
- At the checkout, enter the code under “Store credit / Gift card” and press “Apply”.
- If the total amount of the purchase is greater than the value of the gift card, you can use another payment method to cover the difference.
- If the total amount of the purchase is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining value of the gift card is saved and you can use it for another order.
- You can only use one gift card in the same order, if you have several, you can combine two codes into one code in your My Booztlet account.
- A gift card can not be exchanged for cash.

- If you have returned one or more items from your order, you will receive a new gift card code with the refund amount, alternatively partly a gift card code and partly cash, depending on how you paid for your order.

Note! Report a lost or stolen gift card immediately by calling our Customer Service. You need to provide the gift card code so that we can block this and issue a new one as a replacement.
