I placed an order, but an item is marked out of stock?

In rare cases, an item can be sold out if two customers place an order on the last item at the same time.

- If the item is marked as ''sold out'' in the email with order confirmation and receipt, we will not deduct the amount for the item.
- Unfortunately it's not possible to ship the item automatically, should it be back in stock. Instead we recommend that you keep an eye on the website and, if possible, mark the item as a favourite. Then it's easy to keep track on if/when the item is back in stock.
