Can I cancel my order?

Yes! Before our warehouse have started to process your order you have the option to cancel it.

You can do this on your “My Booztlet” account by following the instructions below:

1. Log in to your account here.
2. Go to “My order” and press “Cancel order”. (If the button is greyed out it is not possible to cancel the order any longer)
3. A pop-up window will appear when clicking the button, where you need to confirm the cancellation.
4. A confirmation email containing information about the order and the ccanceled payment will then be sent to your account email.

Please note! It is not possible to regret the cancellation and your items will not be reserved if you want to place the order again.
