Apply a generous amount of sun cream. An adult should use approx. 40 ml for the whole body, a child approx. 20 ml. It is important to use the recommended amount to achieve the stated sun protection factor.
Apply the sun cream well in advance, ideally 20-30 minutes before going out in the sun, and preferably in two applications.
Reapply often when bathing. The same applies if you spend a long time in the sun.
Please note that sun cream can leave marks on clothing, textiles and other surfaces. Therefore, let the sun cream absorb fully into the skin before contact with these.
