It can take up to 16-20 days for your parcel to arrive and be processed at our warehouse.
Once we have registered your return parcel at the warehouse we will email you a refund receipt. The refund will be issued to the same account used to make the purchase.
The refund takes between 2-10 business days to appear in your account - depending on the chosen payment method.
