Please log in to your “My Booztlet” account, go to "My orders" and select the order you want to return. Click on the button "Create return" for that specific order. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason code for returning. Make sure all the information is correct and confirm the return. When you have created your return online you can use the prepaid shipping label that came in your package. Send back your package at your closest Dropp drop-off point.
When we receive your return a refund will be issued. Please note that a return handling fee of 2.500 ISK will be deducted per order.
Place a new order for the correct size and you will have your new item within 2-3 business days. If you exchange a size of the same item and colour, we will help you keep your discount, if there is any. Contact us with the order number of your new order and we will apply the discount afterwards.
